I’m a consultant working in leadership coaching, strategy and fundraising.
I help people and organisations be a catalyst for change by improving their organisational health, culture and systems.
I have two decades’ worth of experience in the charity sector and a decade of leadership experience as CEO and Chair of Trustees. I have worked with a wide-range of causes from arts, health, prisons and refugees.
About Me
I have since worked across 19 charities as a fundraiser, development director, CEO, consultant and coach/mentor, raising over £3m. I specialise in supporting small–medium charities, with particular experience in prisons and migration.
I bring a warm and honest approach to everything I do and value clear, approachable communication and practical, easy‑to‑implement advice. You can count on my calm, confident support as we address the unique challenges your charity is facing. I will be empathetic yet direct, supporting you to achieve real change.
I complement this approach with strategic expertise and insight, tailored to each charity’s landscape and resources. I’m selective about the projects I accept, believing the greatest impact comes from effective working relationships and clear expectations.
I am married to a wonderful man and am mum to an amazing five-year old daughter - with a baby on the way!
