As a charity leader, I have seen first-hand how fundraising is only as effective as the services provided and the health of an organisation. That is why I am so passionate about helping charities to operate simply, effectively and to a high-standard, whilst also working and living by their values internally.

Donors and supporters don’t just care about the cause; they care about how the organisation operates and how effective you are at meeting the needs of your beneficiaries. They want to invest their money wisely. So, it’s crucial to be able to communicate a whole story of effectiveness, competence and quality. What’s the saying? You can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear?

This is why I love working with the whole charity, clarifying vision, values and strategies, improving governance, developing Boards, writing business plans and improving systems/operations, whether it be finance, data and policies. Working with leaders to improve the health and wellbeing of employees will always improve the organisations effectiveness, impact and income generation.
